Did not attend class today!

I was not present in Mr. Rease’s class today. I visited schools to talk about FBLA Chapters(Future Business Leaders Of America).

The class working in groups!

Today, in Mr. Rease’s class, we got into groups of two to finish answering a test. We each took the test individually. We came together to see if we can get a better grade then what we had originally.    After we were finished what that we presented the last two presentations on Emily Dickinson’s poems. I really enjoyed class today.

What I remember doing in my English Literature class!!

In Mr. Rease’s class, we were put into groups to analyze more of Emily Dickinson’s poems. We were each assigned a specific poem. The one my group was assigned was “I didn’t stop for death”. I really enjoyed this poem. After we analyzed our poems, two groups presented their analysis.

Reflection on A Funeral in My Brain

In Mr. Rease class we analyzed a poem by Emily Dickinson. The poem was called A Funeral in My Brain. My class and I already did this for homework to see where we stand in characterization, structure, and finding uses of literary analysis. When we finished analyzing the poem, Mr. Rease asked us about the themes that we came up with, how we got the structure, and what was the characterization of the speaker. After analyzing this poem, I can now describe the structure of the poem and how it emphasizes or adds emotion to the poem.
